For instance, if you started service on the 15th of the month, your billing due date will be on or about the 15th each month thereafter.
When paying by credit card, we will automatically charge your credit card on or about the first day of your billing cycle. Your account will be suspended if your card is declined. PATHS will notify you by email if your account is suspended, so that you may update your credit card information.
By paying the initial set-up fee, you are agreeing to pay the set monthly fees. To cancel your membership you must contact us 24 hours prior to the charge taking place. If at anytime payment is not made by the set date, you account will be suspended. If account suspension takes place, you will have 30 days to re-activate your account without paying the initial set-up fee again.
PATHS reserves the right to cancel your service at any time. Upon cancellation, PATHS will refund any unused amounts that you have paid. If your account is cancelled because you have violated PATHS usage policies, no refund will be paid.
